About the SpeakerDr.Sathyapal is the Director of Indian Institute of Hams .He is the Governing Council member of National Institute of Amateur Radio, Hyderabad.He was Former Officer Commanding (Communication), Civil Defence Corps, Government of Karnataka.He hasrendered voluntary service by providing Ham Communication during Orissa Super Cyclone, Gujarat Earthquake, Tsunami, Chennai Floods. Coorg Floods, Communication for North Karnataka Floods with Departments of Posts. Dr.Sathyapal is a Graduate in Electronics, MBA, Doctorate in Management studies with Specialization in Communication Management.
